Quarter-turn Gear Operators for Valves and Dampers

The Acutrol XJ and XGJ series quarter-turn gear operators are rugged and easily mounted with a female star drive and ISO bolt circle. They are industrial grade products, manufactured with cast iron housing. All models in these series feature high performance bearings, weatherproofed to protect from moisture and dirt, and travel stop screws for adjustment of gear stop positions for the valve.

Features:

  • Two different types of gears (XJ, XGJ) with five different models each
  • Ranging up to 39,000 in-lbs torque
  • -5º to 95º stroke
  • Temperature range is -25º to 110ºC (-13º to 230ºF)
